The role of the Financial Analyst is to primarily support the Finance Director and multiple Vice Presidents. This position is responsible for analyzing actual spending performance to budget and forecast, developing forecasts that optimize the strategies for the organizations, supporting investment initiatives (both expense and capital) by conducting financial analyses and providing ad hoc financial support. The candidate will be responsible for teaming with various internal functions including Accounting and Finance, Operations, and HR. Assisting in the communication of the operating group's financial performance, plan, and targets to various levels of the organization. Investigating and analyzing monthly variances to the forecast, plan, prior period, and prior year as required. Conducting ad-hoc analysis for strategic and operational initiatives. Strong partnership with functional managers in accounting and finance, operations, and HR to develop monthly forecasts and budgets. Learning mindset and application of RBS (Ralliant Business System) for continuous improvements. Bias for action to proactively identify risks and opportunities. Effective communication of data driven recommendations to move the business forward.

This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package. The salary range for this position (in local currency) is 58,500.00 - 108,500.00. The essential duties of this position require adherence to U.S. Government export control regulations.
