Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Core Development and specialization in Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) Health Cloud AgentForce AI Agents and Data Cloud

The ideal candidate will develop custom Salesforce solutions that address complex business needs in healthcare and life sciences

Work closely with architects business analysts and end users

Key Responsibilities

Develop customize and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex Lightning Web Components Visualforce and Salesforce Flows

Build and enhance applications specifically within the Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud and Health Cloud environments

Integrate and extend AgentForce AI Agent capabilities to automate workflows and improve user interactions

Collaborate with data teams to implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for unified data management analytics and reporting

Participate in requirements gathering design sessions and sprint planning with cross-functional teams

Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and security policies relevant to healthcare data (e.g. HIPAA compliance)

Troubleshoot debug and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability

Assist in user training documentation and support to drive adoption

Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies to continuously improve development processes

Collaborate with integration teams to connect Salesforce with third-party healthcare systems and APIs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Core Development Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce SOQL SOSL and Salesforce Flows

Experience working with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud (LSC) and / or Health Cloud understanding their specific objects data models and compliance requirements

Familiarity with AgentForce AI Agents integration and customization within Salesforce or similar AI-driven frameworks

Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud for healthcare-related unified data models analytics or reporting

Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and their impact on Salesforce customization

Ability to write clean maintainable and efficient code following best practices

Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail

Effective collaboration and communication skills within agile teams
