Job Description:

We’re hiring skilled Physical Therapists and Occupational Therapists (PTs/ OTs ) to deliver exceptional care with unmatched flexibility. Unlike Home Health, this role lets you schedule patients at your convenience, offering true autonomy and work-life balance. Responsibilities:


  • Conduct in-home evaluations and treatments for outpatient physical therapy/ OT patients.
  • Create tailored treatment plans to enhance mobility and recovery.
  • Maintain clear documentation and patient communication.
Requirements:


  • Licensed Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist (PT or OT) in Arizona (or eligible).
  • Minimum 1 year of outpatient or home health related experience preferred.
  • Reliable transportation for travel within the Phoenix metro area.
  • Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills.
