Join our team as a Cloud Engineer III. You will be responsible for engineering and managing a next-generation hybrid multi-cloud environment that includes both on-premises and cloud resources. Your duties will include providing Tier III platform support, overseeing change control processes, and ensuring that services meet SLA and security compliance requirements.

Additionally, you will collaborate closely with teams in applications, cybersecurity, architecture, and other areas to deliver innovative solutions while maintaining SNC's standards.

Responsibilities :

Maintain and optimize Azure infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.

Maintain Azure Entra for identity and access management to secure cloud resources.

Perform regular system audits and performance tuning to identify and resolve bottlenecks.

Participate in incident response and root cause analysis to continuously improve system resilience.

Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operations and reduce manual intervention.

Qualifications You Must Have :

Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 6 or more years of relevant experience

Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

Relevant experience includes implementing and supporting Azure Cloud Operations

Ability to Trouble shoot Network connectivity between On-Prem and Cloud Server Infrastructure

Experience managing Azure Entra

Experience managing Azure AVD (Azure Virtual Desktop)

Experience with Active Directory Federation Services

Ability to work independently

Ability to configure and manage Windows and Linux servers

Azure Associate level Certification

Qualifications We Prefer :

Ability to configure and manage Windows and Linux servers

Experience implementing and supporting Puppet or Ansible

4+ years’ experience setting up Azure Monitoring
