Estimating and Pre-Construction Responsibilities Scope

• Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents to prepare comprehensive cost estimates.
• Perform quantity take-offs and labor, material, and equipment pricing.
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor proposals.
• Develop and maintain estimating templates, unit cost libraries, and historical data for continuous improvement.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to identify conditions affecting cost or schedule.
• Prepare and submit professional proposals and bid packages for government and private clients.
• Assist in value engineering and constructability reviews during project development.
