As a Broker, you’ll be the driving force behind revenue growth—connecting Retail Agents with national markets and delivering exceptional underwriting solutions through strong carrier relationships. How you'll make an impact Grow Your Book: Prospect and develop new business through networking and relationship-building with Retail Agents. Be the Expert: Develop deep knowledge of high-risk wholesale insurance solutions across product lines, industries, and risk types. Deliver Results: Analyze submissions, negotiate competitive pricing, and secure coverage for complex risks. Lead & Influence: Educate partners on RPS’s full range of solutions and, when assigned, mentor and guide support teams. Stay Ahead: Monitor market trends and carrier guidelines to ensure profitable growth. Travel as needed: Engage with clients as needed. About You Proven business development and relationship management skills. Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication. A proactive, goal-driven mindset with urgency to achieve production targets. Ability to leverage data and tools to craft comprehensive insurance solutions. Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience. Home state P&C license (or willingness to obtain within 90 days). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Sales experience in casualty wholesale insurance or related field preferred. Preferred: Professional designation preferred, such as CPCU, CIC or ARM. #LI-JD1 Compensation and benefits We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package.
