We are seeking a Shift Lead to oversee the daily operations and team members during a specified shift. The Shift Lead will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, and assisting with operational tasks.
Qualifications :High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification is a plusProven experience in a customer service or retail environmentStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team membersExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyKnowledge of basic computer skills and experience with POS systemsResponsibilities :Supervise and coordinate team members during designated shiftsProvide training to new team members and ongoing coaching to existing staffEnsure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintainedAssist with inventory management and restocking dutiesHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional mannerMaintain a clean and organized work environmentCollaborate with management to make decisions regarding operational activitiesAdhere to company policies and proceduresParticipate in staff meetings and contribute to team goals and objectives
