About the Role
The Engagement Coordinator is the welcoming face of our campus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and creating a positive first impression for students, staff, and guests. You’ll support admissions and campus operations while helping ensure each visitor has a friendly, professional, and seamless experience.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist students, employees, and guests in person, by phone, and via email with professionalism and warmth
- Manage the front desk, including answering and directing calls, taking messages, and maintaining visitor check-in / out logs
- Provide engaging campus tours to prospective students and guests
- Support admissions by updating prospect information in systems and assisting applicants with portals and assessments
- Help coordinate meetings, events, and appointments; maintain conference room calendars and setup spaces as needed
- Maintain the appearance and organization of shared campus spaces, including meeting rooms, testing areas, and entrances
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and packages
- Order and restock office, supply closet, and kitchen supplies
- Assist with payments and remote meeting setup as needed
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
