DON Job Specification :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate  Director of Nursing (DON)  to lead our nursing team. The  DON  will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of care, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Director of Nursing Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the daily operations of the nursing department.
• Ensure that nursing staff deliver high-quality, compassionate care to residents.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Coordinate and facilitate ongoing staff training and development.
• Manage nursing staff schedules and assignments.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for nursing staff.
• Address any resident or family member concerns regarding nursing care.
