Volunteer Program Coordinator

Under the direction of the Executive Director, Volunteer Services, the Volunteer Program Coordinator coordinates all activities of the Volunteer Program, including interviewing, selecting, and training prospective volunteers. Develops volunteer assignment descriptions in collaboration with user departments. Schedules and places volunteers.

Required Qualifications :

• Coursework / Training - College coursework in business management, healthcare management or human services.
• 3 years - Experience in volunteer management.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby / on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
