A company is looking for a Learning and Development Solutions Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning content using AI tools and multimedia software

Transform complex financial concepts into simple, actionable learning experiences

Build and maintain templates and standards to ensure consistency and quality in learning programs

Required Qualifications

5+ years in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or Learning Experience Design

Strong experience in designing content across multiple formats and learning styles

Deep understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design

Proficient in tools like Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline, and similar platforms

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or related field
