A company is looking for a Service Desk Technician (Night Shift) to provide operational support services to end users in the Department of Homeland Security.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote computer support and resolve IT incidents and requests
Create and maintain support tickets, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of service-related issues
Respond to user inquiries and escalate complex issues to higher support tiers as needed
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience
Must possess or be able to complete Department of Homeland Security Public Trust Investigation (Tier 1)
Experience in providing customer service in an IT support environment
