Typical Day
Project management and client relationship building for support projects. Each day brings new challenges in the support space. The overall goal is to work closely with our business partners to keep support efforts running smoothly. Managing risk, new scope, monthly refreshes, customer / dealer complaints, case outliers, etc to ensure a high performing team.
Microsoft office, communication, project management, and bilingual (Spanish)
Looking for strong candidates that are self starters, can take initiative
Data analysis tool experience i.e. Tableau, Power BI, etc.
Waterfall and / or Agile methodology experience
Contact / Call Center experience
Potential for quarterly travel to IL.
