Busy Clinic supporting 9 Physicians,

Position is in Issaquah on Mondays and Thursdays weekly. On some Thursday my need to travel to Edmonds. Some Fridays may be in Issaquah.

Duties including rooming patients, completing rooming process in EPIC, including vitals, preparing medication reconciliation for physician, following up on EPIC in basket requests, medication authorizations, covering patient concerns phone line

FLOAT REQUIRED : Edmonds and Issaquah
