Program Manager

The CBRE Program Manager in Charlotte, NC leads a team facilitating cross-functional projects for a client in aerospace, building automation, industrial automation, and ESS. This on-site, Monday-Friday role involves project management, team leadership, and ensuring projects align with the client's strategic goals.

This position requires strong project management skills, communication abilities, and the capacity to manage budgets and mitigate risks. The successful candidate will drive project delivery and contribute to the client's major initiatives within the CBRE Program Management function.

What You'll Do :

• Supervise employees, monitor training / development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruitment / hiring.
• Coordinate daily activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, cross-train, and track deadlines.
• Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring on-time completion and issue resolution.
• Manage internal and external relationships to support programs and cultivate client relationships.
• Work with teams to develop solutions and guide project teams.
• Create and distribute PMO reports, and conduct financial / business evaluations.
• Apply in-depth knowledge to solve complex assignments, coach others, and share expertise.
• Lead by example, build consensus, explain complex information, and impact various activities.
