POSITION SUMMARY - RN Case Manager - House Supervisor

POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Oregon & WA RN or compact license active and on file. Must have 1 year of case manager or PCC experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Previous KP experience is preferred, experience with Medicaid/Medicare

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM every other weekend and holidays

OVERTIME RATE: 1.35X

ORIENTATION RATE: $18 for the first 4 hours and then regular rate
