Overview:
Efficiently producing parts to specification in order to ensure customer satisfaction, while reducing costs of re-work, scrap and returned goods.

Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain engineering drawings, bill of materials, routings and manufacturing programs.
• Process ECN's & Andon change requests, as required.
• Maintain engineering lead times.
• Ensure that design input, approval drawings and engineering packages are reviewed and accurate.
• Provide customer support, shop support and sales support, as necessary.
• Provide engineering innovations for specified product line.
• Maintain product design costs.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or 3 years related experience
• Engineering standards, product design, design & programming software, business system software, engineering schedules, ECN & Andon System
• Engineering design software (Auto Cad & SolidWorks) preferred, Microsoft Office software
• QMS/ISO Training: Engineering Department Procedures (7.3.0 & 7.3.1) Engineering Work Instructions (7.3.X) and Engineering Department forms
• Not required, but sheetmetal experience preferred.
