This Document Automation Specialist Position Features :
We are seeking a Legal Document Automation Specialist to design and maintain advanced Microsoft Office templates and automation tools for legal document production. This role ensures efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with court formatting standards by leveraging Microsoft Word expertise and VBA programming.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Microsoft Word templates for legal filings.
Create VBA macros and UserForms to automate document workflows.
Customize the Microsoft Office Ribbon (RibbonX / XML) for firm-specific tools.
Troubleshoot formatting issues and update template libraries.
Collaborate with legal teams to improve document processes.
Qualifications
Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) Expert certification REQUIRED.
Expert-level Microsoft Word skills (Developer tab, advanced formatting).
Advanced VBA programming experience for Office automation.
Knowledge of RibbonX / XML customization.
3–5 years of experience in a law firm or legal department preferred.
