Freight Handler

Our client, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a Freight Handler / Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Freight Handler / Forklift Operator, you will be part of the operations department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Freight Handler / Forklift Operator

Location : Hayward, CA

Pay Range : $22.00 / hr

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm

What's the Job?

Move product and material using various manual or equipment operations.

Verify information, prepare orders, and complete appropriate documents.

Operate a forklift when required and ensure safe handling of materials.

Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequences.

Assist with training and providing basic work instructions to new hires or transfers.

What's Needed?

Forklift experience is required.

Ability to work the 3pm-11pm shift, Monday to Friday.

Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and material handling.

Ability to operate hand tools and perform basic maintenance tasks.

Commitment to ensuring a safe and effective work environment.
