A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor for Workers Compensation in Oregon.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a Workers Compensation claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery
Promote best practices and guide the team in accordance with company standards
Manage workloads, set team goals, and drive talent development through hiring and training
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma
Minimum of 8 years related claims experience
Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled
Claims background in Workers Compensation
Prior leadership experience of at least 2 years
