Process Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer who will lead process-engineering initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. This role goes beyond the traditional Process Technician scope, focusing on standardization, optimization, and continuous improvement of processes across plants. The successful candidate will design and improve production workflows to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability, and maximize profitabilitywhile ensuring consistency in equipment utilization and secondary processes across all locations.

Responsibilities

Multi-Site Leadership - This role will be based in Louisville and additionally support locations in Scottsburg, IN and Bowling Green, KY.

• Drive process standardization and commonization across multiple plants to ensure alignment and operational excellence.
• Leverage learnings from other facilities to reduce redundancy and accelerate implementation.
