Production Supervisor – Electrical / Test Lead
Manufacturing - Day Shift - Regional Facility
Salary starting at $75,000 + Benefits!
We are supporting a new manufacturing operation launching in the Mid-South region and are seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor with strong electrical depth to serve as the senior technical authority on site.
This is a working supervisor role — ideal for a Lead Industrial Electrician or Senior Electrical Technician ready to step into broader responsibility.
What this role does :
- Serve as the on-site technical escalation point for electrical and test-related issues
- Own the test area, including safety, procedures, and final acceptance decisions
- Supervise a small production team (initially 3–5 employees)
- Coordinate daily production flow, quality, and throughput
- Troubleshoot electrical and control-level issues as they arise
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety and lockout / tagout practices
- Act as the primary technical interface with off-site engineering support
- Support startup activities, training, and early production ramp-up.
