Now Hiring: Regional Nurse Consultant
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Regional Nurse Consultant to support clinical operations across our skilled nursing facilities. This is a key leadership role focused on driving clinical excellence, supporting compliance, and guiding nursing teams to deliver the highest standard of care.
Position: Regional Nurse Consultant
Job Type: Full-Time | Travel Required
Responsibilities:
Provide clinical oversight, guidance, and support to nursing leadership at assigned facilities
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, company policies, and clinical standards
Conduct audits, training, and mock surveys to support survey readiness and quality improvement
Collaborate with facility leadership to develop and implement care plans, systems, and interventions
Mentor and train Directors of Nursing and clinical staff to promote strong clinical outcomes
Identify and address opportunities for improvement in infection control, documentation, staffing, and resident care
Qualifications:
Current, active RN license in the state of Ohio
Experience in a nursing leadership role (DON or above); multi-site or regional experience strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations and clinical practices
Ability to travel between facilities regularly
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
