January 16 starting at 5 : 00 p.m. January 19 ending at 7 : 00 a.m.

February 6 starting at 5 : 00 p.m. February 9 ending at 7 : 00 a.m.

Bronchoscopy, Robot-Assisted Thoracic Surgery, Video-Assisted Thoracoscopic Surgery (VATS), Navigational Bronchoscopy, Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS), Endoscopic Ultrasound (EUS), Tube Thoracostomy, Tracheostomy, Pericardial Window, Thoracic aortic aneurysms, Mediastinoscopy, Segmentectomy, Lobectomy, Bilobectomy, Pneumonectomy, Thoracotomy, Decortication

Achalasia / Advanced Lung Disease (COPD and Pulmonary Fibrosis)

Anti-Reflux Surgery / GERD

Barrett s Esophagitis / Chest Wall Tumors and Reconstruction

Diaphragm Plication / Diaphragmatic Hernias

Dysphagia / Esophageal Cancer

Lung Cancer / Lung Nodules

Mediastinal Masses / Mesothelioma

Pleural Effusion / Pneumothorax

Rib Fractures and Plating

Thoracic Outlet Syndrome / Thymomas

Tracheal Stenosis / Tracheostomy

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe : 120 days

Facility Reimbursement for the Following Costs : Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate

Requirement description :

  • Board Certified - [REQUIRED]
  • Active VA license (no exceptions) - [REQUIRED]
  • BLS, ACLS - [REQUIRED]
  • Provider Must be Local - Only Mileage is Reimbursed - [REQUIRED]
  • Provider must submit a flat rate for 24 hour coverage to include ALL gratis hours to be considered
