Night Shift Personal Care Attendant

Elders Inn is currently seeking Personal Care Attendants (PCAs) for the Night shift!

Pay Rate- $20.00 per hour

Noc shift is 10:30pm-7:00am

The primary functions of a PCA are:

• Help residents with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily living tasks
• Respond to resident needs promptly while maintaining resident privacy and personal dignity
• Monitor resident activity and functional status
• Assist with apartment tidying to ensure safety and comfort
• Laundry

We are looking for full time employees who will work on a 4-on/2-off rotation

• On-call/PRN may also be available

Minimum qualifications are:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work patiently with cognitively impaired individuals
• Ability to follow written and oral directions
• Basic computer skills (care programming is computer based)
• Ability to life 150 pounds

Employment requirements include:

• Current COVID-19 vaccination (preferred)
• Physical
• TB test
• Fingerprint clearance from the FBI and Dept of Justice
