Senior BI Manager

A company is looking for a Senior BI Manager to lead the Quality BI team and drive insights across the Quality ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, translating clinical needs into a technical roadmap for analytics

Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing mentorship and fostering a supportive environment

Oversee the BI roadmap and deliver actionable insights through interactive dashboards and executive reports

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in business intelligence

3+ years of managerial experience

Deep expertise in healthcare quality measurement frameworks such as NQF, eCQMs, MA STARs, and HEDIS

Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data stacks like Snowflake and Tableau

Proven ability to lead an analytics team within an agile framework
