Accounts Receivable Specialist

A company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Representative III (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates and manages follow-up on unpaid claims and reimbursement appeals

Identifies and processes billing errors and corrections, participating in problem resolution

Maintains accurate account records and updates information obtained through correspondence and calls

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent certification required

Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college preferred

3 to 5 years of health care claims reimbursement and denial resolution experience

Knowledge of Major Commercial and Medicare / Medicaid payer guidelines

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Word and Excel
