Position Title: Crab Shaker / Seafood Boil Team Member

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Crab Shaker to join our seafood team. The Crab Shaker is responsible for preparing, seasoning, mixing, and packaging seafood boil bags while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards. This position works in a fast-paced environment and helps ensure customers receive high-quality meals quickly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Prepare seafood boil bags according to recipes and customer orders

• Shake and mix seafood, sauces, and seasonings evenly

• Cook and portion crab, shrimp, crawfish, and other seafood items

• Maintain cleanliness of cooking and prep stations

• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Assist with stocking supplies and ingredients

• Ensure orders are accurate and completed on time

• Work with kitchen staff to maintain efficient operations

• Dispose of waste and keep work areas organized

• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or seafood experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

• Food Handler Permit preferred

Physical Requirements

• Standing for extended periods

• Repetitive shaking and lifting motions

• Ability to work in hot and wet kitchen conditions
