Billing Processor McDonald Automotive

About your role :

The Billing Processor accurately processes the required paperwork from retail sales and records the transactions. You will also ensure that the appropriate documentation is retained and funding is completed for all sales promptly.

Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities :

• Process all paperwork from retail sales following lender and dealership guidelines.
• Submits sold finance products to the appropriate providers.
• Verifying the cost and transactions for each vehicle sale
• Ensures proper billing of all sold vehicles by setting up receivables & payables etc.
• Research resolve discrepancies within the billing process and monitor and reconcile accounts.
• Remit finance and insurance products.
• Effective communication with operational staff.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
