Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will utilize the nursing process to provide personalized care to residents. You'll collaborate with residents, their families, and a variety of healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate care strategies. Your role will involve comprehensive care across all health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment phases. Responsibilities include resident assessment, education, and carrying out various nursing interventions.

As a charge nurse, you will delegate tasks appropriately to licensed and unlicensed personnel while ensuring a safe and reliable care environment. You will practice within the standards of care established by the Nurse Practice Act and the ethical frameworks set forth by the nursing profession.
