About the Company:
Our client is a real estate development, investment, and management firm with over 30 million square feet of property space. The Treasury Analyst will assist with the day-to-day treasury functions of the firm.
Responsibilities:
- Review daily cash balances and AP check runs
- Prepare and review cash flow
- Pull bank statements from banking portals
- Processing wires on the bank portals
- Issue stop payment
- Setup bank accounts
- Invest operating cash into money market or commercial paper products
- Prepare monthly reports for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 1-3 years of related experience
- Experience in real estate a plus
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
Salary Range:
$75,000-$100,000
