Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated Fabricators / Mechanical Assemblers for projects located in and around Glendale Heights and Elgin, IL. This is a full time opportunity with a pay range of $20-24 / hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Manufacturing Laborer eager to demonstrate your knowledge and skills while learning new ones, this is your chance to advance in your career!

Job Scope :

Panel building and mechanical assembly of large-format prefab panels

Fabrication and assembly of heavy-gauge steel and metal cabinetry

Reading tape measures accurately (must pass tape test)

General mechanical skills; transferable experience will be considered

Requirements :

Ability to work with hand and power tools

Strong mechanical aptitude (fabrication, carpentry, or electrical background a plus)

PPE Required : Steel-toed boots, gloves, safety glasses, and hard hat

Must pass a background check

Positive attitude with willingness to work overtime when needed
