[job_card.job_description]Assist in designing and optimizing semiconductor process flows for silicon photonics Collaborate with module owners (etch, deposition, lithography, CMP, metrology) to ensure successful process integration Analyze process and yield data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements Contribute to process documentation, experiment planning, and technical reporting Support cross-functional efforts in R&D, operations, and quality Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics, or related fields Passionate about semiconductor technology, photonics, and process innovation Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, JMP, Excel, MATLAB) and SPC / DOE concepts is a plus Be part of a high-impact team driving photonic innovation Gain hands-on experience in a real fab with real products Receive one-on-one mentorship and technical training Explore long-term career opportunities within the company Competitive compensation and relocation support for eligible candidates

Program Overview :
Skorpios is excited to launch a Rational Program for New Graduates in Process Development and Integration Engineering . This full-time program is designed to accelerate the growth of early-career engineers by providing hands-on experience in our state-of-the-art fab environment. We welcome recent graduates with Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degrees in relevant engineering or science disciplines.
