Senior Technical Engagement Leader

Oracle Health is seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional to join our Technology Consulting organization. We are on a journey to advance how healthcare is provided with custom solution development to support clinicians, empower patient care teams, and foster continuity of care.

Responsibilities :

• Consult with clients and provide project oversight, direction, and expertise to stakeholders.
• Drive client-specific solution configuration design to meet workflow requirements and make recommendations to clients.
• Mitigate solution risks and issues and lead client meetings and events.
• Execute workflow and process improvement strategies that advance how healthcare is provided with custom solution development to support clinicians and empower patient care teams.
• Interact with all levels of the organization and have responsibility for coordinating cross-functionally to ensure project success.
• Provide and ensure quality work on customer engagements.
• Partner closely with sales teams, contributing technical expertise during the sales scoping process, clarifying requirements, and defining solution deliverables to align expectations, budgets, and contract terms.
• Support the sales cycle by participating in client presentations, demonstrating technical value, and ensuring that proposed solutions are scoped in a way that ensures delivery success.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
