Provider Relations Supervisor

A company is looking for a Provider Relations Senior Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

Manage inventory and escalations within the assigned region

Conduct root cause reviews and assist in training new staff

Prepare reporting on trends and team performance while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

3+ years of leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle operations

Strong understanding of escalation workflows and claim resolution processes

Experience managing global offshore teams in a shared service model

Proficient in Excel and other workflow management tools
