We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. $75,000 - $150,000+ commission based
Responsibilities :
- Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results
- Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
- Meet with motivated buyers and sellers and guide them from consult to close
- Maintain weekly contact and consistent follow-up using our proven systems
- Deliver a world-class experience that drives referrals and repeat business
- Host team open houses (you keep the leads!)
- Keep your CRM and calendar up to date to maximize appointment flow
- Attend weekly sales meetings and Academy training to sharpen your skills
Qualifications :
