Compensation Range

Hourly: $20.90 - $26.90 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

About This Job

The purpose of this job is to support Commercial Contract and Business Card clients in a variety of ways including assisting with the underwriting of new applications and contracts, account setup and maintenance, product changes, contract modifications, pricing changes, and account validation/quality control.

Essential Functions

• Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers and collaborate with business partners
• Respond accurately to external and internal customers questions/requests via phone/email while maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Notify clients within a timely manner to ensure there are no missed deadlines or customer impact
• Assist with the processing of set-up forms and verification for a wide variety of products
• Identify and recommend process improvements to current workflows/processes
• Validate the accuracy of data for clients to the system of record to ensure all required documentation is collected for account setup
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• Basic knowledge of the banking and card industry
• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions
• Ability to quickly learn systems/processes, comfortable navigating multiple systems concurrently
• Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
• Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Education & Experience

• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year customer service experience required
• 1+ year banking and card industry experience preferred

*Hybrid Schedule: In office 2 days per week
