• User Research
• Design Sprints
• Rapid Prototyping
• UI & Design Systems
• Usability Testing
• Brand Identity

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into thoughtful, elegant, human‑centered, digital product designs.
• Balance a hands‑on approach to project work with oversight of junior staff.
• Lead and mentor Craft designers to help foster skill development and career growth.
• Develop strong relationships between the Craft team and its clients.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external research and engineering teams.
• Articulate design approach and rationale to clients in a clear manner.
• Participate in recruiting and interviewing of candidates.
• Identify and support new business opportunities and efforts.
• Have a grid. Follow it.
• Help define the Craft culture and Sonos governance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in digital design, required.
• 3+ years of experience in a client‑facing role, required.
• Proactive, creative problem solver that thrives in a highly collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Understanding of latest design, prototyping, and collaboration tools: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Cloud, Principle, Flinto, Zeplin, Slack, Asana, Trello, etc.
