Member Services Rep

We are looking for a dedicated Member Services Representative to join our team in Carmel, Indiana. Responsibilities:

• Process member data with precision, ensuring speed and accuracy in all entries.

• Handle frequent interruptions while maintaining focus and professionalism.

• Respond to member inquiries via email and other communication platforms.

• Organize and manage files to support efficient documentation processes.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of customer service.

• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to complete administrative tasks effectively.

• Perform copying and filing duties to support operational needs.

• Ensure adherence to company procedures and service standards.

• Monitor and manage daily workflows to meet deadlines.

• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while addressing member concerns

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for administrative and data management tasks.
• Strong data entry skills with alpha numeric typing speeds of 6,000-8,000 keystrokes per hour.
• Excellent customer service abilities with a focus on clear communication and problem solving.
• Familiarity with general office tasks, including copying, filing, and email correspondence.
• Ability to adapt to interruptions and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy in all work.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of health insurance or related industries is a plus.
