LOCUM PHYSICIAN FAMILY MEDICINE Sulligent, Alabama

Location : Sulligent, AL Setting : Adult Primary Care Schedule : Mon Fri 7 : 30AM 4 : 00PM Start Date : ASAP 3 month contract with extensions and option to move PERMANENT IF DESIRED

ROLE OVERVIEW :

  • Provide primary care
  • Patient volume : 14-20 per day
  • EMRs : Epic
  • Supported by APPs, physician, and nursing staff

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Board Certified FM
  • Active AL license
  • BLS & DEA certifications
  • Minimum 1 year of primary care experience
