As an Installation Helper you will be responsible for helping Installation workers with a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Carrying and loading tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
  • Assisting in the assembly and installation of HVAC components like ducts, pipes, and wiring
  • Cleaning and preparing work areas
  • Performing basic preventative maintenance tasks like filter replacements
  • Helping with ductwork fabrication and installation
  • Supporting technicians in diagnosing issues with HVAC systems
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and local building codes
  • Maintaining tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Communicating effectively with technicians and customers about project progress
