Supply Chain Analyst – ESRI Service Area and Network Analysis

Role Overview

This Supply Chain Analyst role requires a blend of advanced ESRI Service Area Network Analysis capabilities and supply chain analytical expertise . The position directly supports operational accuracy, capacity optimization, data alignment, digital reservation systems, and cross‑functional coordination between IT, operations, and compliance.

This is not a traditional supply chain analyst role. The ESRI requirement elevates its technical complexity, market value, and skill scarcity.

Location : Hybrid out of Newport News, VA HQ (T, W, Th in office and M, F Remote)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ESRI Service Area and Network Analysis to assess delivery coverage, optimize distribution footprints, and model network scenarios.
• Maintain Zip Code boundaries layer and ensure system alignment across operational tools.
• Maintain the companywide Ship-to-ZIP digital sales tool, providing clear, market-specific logistics guidance
• Support capacity modeling and reservation planning.
• Partner with IT, operations, and compliance teams to uphold data accuracy, configuration standards, and rollout consistency.
• Provide analysis and technical support for digital reservations and omni‑channel processes.
• Ensure compliance for courier and installer networks.
• Use GIS tools to map, analyze, and visualize supply chain networks, transportation flow, and facility accessibility.
• Support cross-functional teams with data-driven insights, including Logistics, Operations, Transportation, Procurement, and Field Leadership.

Pay Range :

$4,124.70 - $6,783.70

OR

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
