Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Program Administrator to join our dynamic team. The Program Administrator position will be managing the product development concerning program budget, costs and KPI’s playing a crucial role in assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of projects within our organization. You will work closely with the Program Team and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Program KPI’s
Responsible for managing the product COGS
Responsible for managing the costs aspects related to the product change process
Interface with the customer in Program Management aspects.
Interface with all internal areas (operations, engineering, sales, supply chain, service and support) to manage the program aspects.
Support process implementation and program management tools.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Engineering, or related field.
Strong organizational and time management and multitasking skills.
Experience with Program Management during development phase within aerospace.
Experience with financial management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Power BI) is a plus.
Problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA in Project Management or Administration.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience:
5 years of experience working as a Program Administrator.
