As a Senior Manager, you will lead a variety of compensation-related projects, focusing on designing and implementing reward strategies that align with business priorities and market practices. This role offers the chance to navigate the complexities of executive compensation arrangements and engage in significant projects, including Mergers and Acquisitions and Initial Public Offering (IPO) structuring.
