Job Opportunity: Truck Driver Floater

Aclient of ours in Tualatin is looking to add a Truck Driver Floaterto their team.

Permanent opportunities after completing contractual hours.

Responsibilities:

• Pull tanker trucks containing various products between Pacific Foods buildings.
• Transport finished goods to proper designated locations.
• Assist with loading and unloading of trucks as needed.
• Perform basic mechanical checks and minor troubleshooting when required.
• Communicate clearly with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Follow safety protocols, company policies, and DOT regulations at all times.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License.
• Basic mechanical knowledge or troubleshooting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid problem-solving skills with a customer-service mindset.
• Ability to push or pull up to 200 pounds and lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Team-oriented with sound judgment and decision-making skills.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6PM – 2AM
Pay: $30/hr. + $1.50 shift differential

Note: This position concludes in July 2026. Candidates who remain active through the end of the month will be eligible for four weeks of pay, plus a $1,000 bonus for each month worked, upon transition to a regular employee.
