DARCARS CDJR of Rockville is now hiring an Automotive Used Sales Manager. Your responsibility is to operationally manage the success of the used car department. This will be accomplished through development of sales consultants, managing third party vendor relationships and achieving monthly sales quotas. For this role, you'll need :

• Automotive sales experience is required
• 2 years of experience working in sales management
• Experience managing groups and teams
• Mentality that no job is too small
• Ability to communicate effectively to multiple levels of the organization
