Are you ready to level up your fund formation career?

I am working with a top law firm client. Their Private Investment Funds practice is expanding and seeking an associate with at least 3 years of experience managing substantial components of fund formation transactions. Youll work alongside industry leaders across private equity, real estate, and tech, advising on fund structuring, private placements, and regulatory compliance under the 33, 40, and Advisers Acts.

This is a chance to join one of the most innovative, high-growth fund practices in the Am Law 50, where entrepreneurial energy meets world-class training.

Ideal background :

  • At least 3 years of experience, stemming for a large law firm
  • Outstanding academic performance
