• Provide accurate information regarding services, policies, and member benefits.

• Update and maintain member records with a keen attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Assist with new member onboarding and facilitate smooth enrollment processes.
• Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improved member experiences.
• Participate in regular training to stay informed about product updates and service enhancements.

• Qualifications :
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
