Key Responsibilities

Develops and implements research programs and prepares grant proposals

Maintains relationships with funding agencies and ensures compliance with federal and local regulations

Participates in strategic planning and philanthropic development to support research efforts

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field required; Master's Degree preferred

8-10+ years of experience in program management

3-5 years of team leadership or management experience

Proven leadership and management skills in program development

Experience in strategic planning and operational excellence
