[job_card.job_description]Provide day-to-day support to resolve manufacturing issues and drive improvements across multiple value streams. Evaluate and optimize new and existing manufacturing processes to ensure they meet production, safety, and cost standards. Lead teams in continuous improvement initiatives using tools such as APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and 6σ methodologies. Develop specifications for equipment, tooling, materials, and processes to ensure the safe and efficient production of products. Support the introduction of new products and innovative manufacturing strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Maintain accurate process documentation, engineering change notices, and quality records to ensure compliance with industry standards. Drive projects focused on capital improvements, automation, and process optimization to enhance operational performance. A proactive and results-driven leader who can drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. An analytical thinker with a strong ability to solve complex manufacturing problems and implement lasting solutions. A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills, able to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. An innovative thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments and is motivated to enhance manufacturing processes. Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5-7 years of manufacturing experience.
